The site provides general information about smart-home design, products, integrations and services. It is not a substitute for an assessment of the actual property, wiring, network, equipment, firmware and household requirements.

We may correct or update content as products, integrations and standards change. A publication or review date does not guarantee that a third-party service or device remains unchanged.

Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not create an appointment, quotation or contract. Scope, price, timetable, responsibilities, warranty and support are established only in the relevant written proposal, quotation or agreement accepted by the parties.

Compatibility

Brand and integration pages describe selected pathways, not blanket compatibility for every product. Support can depend on exact model, region, firmware, bridge, protocol and software version. Smarter confirms the proposed path within a defined project scope.

Third-party manufacturers and service operators control their products, cloud services, firmware and policies. Those functions may change independently of Smarter.

Safety and qualified work

Website material is not electrical, fire-safety, security or professional-engineering instruction for an unidentified property. Electrical, cabling, door, curtain, air-conditioning and other regulated or specialist work must be assessed and carried out by the appropriate qualified parties.

Home Assistant and consumer smart-home devices are not presented as certified life-safety or security controllers unless the specific equipment and project documentation expressly establish otherwise.

Home Assistant and the manufacturer names shown on this site belong to their respective owners. References explain compatibility and services; they do not imply sponsorship, certification, distributorship or endorsement unless Smarter states a current written status expressly.

You may use the website for personal evaluation of Smarter’s services. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or reproduce substantial site content for commercial use without permission.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, PFE is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, a third-party site or a product change outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
