About the information here
This site gives general information about smart home design, products, integrations and services. It can’t replace an assessment of your actual property, wiring, network, equipment, firmware and household needs.
We may correct or update content as products, integrations and standards change. A published or reviewed date doesn’t guarantee that a third-party service or device hasn’t changed since.
Enquiries and project agreements
Sending a form or email doesn’t create an appointment, quotation or contract. The work included, price, timing, responsibilities, warranty and support are set only in the written proposal, quotation or agreement accepted by the parties.
Compatibility
Our brand and integration pages explain how selected products can connect. They don’t promise that every product from a brand will work. Compatibility depends on the exact model, region, firmware, hub, connection method and software version, and we confirm the proposed products and connection method in your quotation.
Manufacturers and service providers control their own products, cloud services, firmware and policies, and these can change without any involvement from Smarter.
Safety and qualified trades
Nothing on this website is electrical, fire-safety, security or professional-engineering instruction for any particular property. Electrical, cabling, door, curtain, aircon and other regulated or specialist work must be assessed and carried out by suitably qualified people.
We don’t present Home Assistant or consumer smart home devices as certified life-safety or security controllers, unless the specific equipment and project documents expressly say otherwise.
Third-party names and links
Home Assistant and the manufacturer names on this site belong to their owners. We mention them to explain compatibility and services. That doesn’t imply sponsorship, certification, distributorship or endorsement unless Smarter expressly states a current written status.
External links are there for convenience and to point you to the original documentation. PFE doesn’t control the availability or content of other websites.
