Who looks after your data

PFE Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 197800448W) runs Smarter.sg and is responsible for personal data collected through this site. Smarter doesn’t keep a separate customer database; enquiries go through PFE’s Front Desk and business systems.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, property type, project stage, existing system, the help you’re after and your message. The form also records a few basics about how you found us, such as the referring page, campaign details, landing page and time sent.

If you contact us by email or another channel, that provider handles the message under its own terms and privacy practices.

If a service provider processes data outside Singapore, PFE applies the transfer protections that the service and applicable law require.

Analytics and browser information

We use Google Analytics only when it has been set up for this website. When it’s active, it may process device, browser, page and campaign information, and record events such as a sent enquiry or an email-link click. You can limit cookies and similar storage through your browser settings or content blockers.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep personal data only while it’s needed for your enquiry, our customer relationship, ongoing support or another business or legal purpose. PFE uses reasonable access, technical and organisational safeguards suited to the information, and disposes of data once it’s no longer needed.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please don’t put passwords, access codes or other secrets you don’t need to share in the enquiry form.

Your choices

You can ask about the personal data PFE holds about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or withdraw consent with reasonable notice, subject to applicable exceptions and ongoing legal or business requirements. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
