Who is responsible

PFE Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 197800448W) operates Smarter.sg and is responsible for personal data collected through this site. Smarter does not maintain a separate customer database; enquiries are handled through PFE’s Front Desk and business systems.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, property type, project stage, existing system, service interest and the message you provide. The form also records basic attribution such as the referring page, campaign parameters, landing path and submission time so we can understand how the enquiry reached us.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or another channel, that provider processes the communication under its own terms and privacy practices.

To secure, troubleshoot and improve our website and enquiry process

We do not use a project enquiry to add you to promotional marketing unless that permission is obtained separately.

Who may handle it

Relevant PFE personnel and service providers may process the information to host the site, operate the Front Desk, deliver communications, provide analytics or support the requested work. We do not sell personal data.

Where a service provider processes data outside Singapore, PFE applies the transfer protections required for the service and applicable law.

Analytics and browser information

The site emits no Google Analytics script unless a measurement ID is configured. When analytics is enabled, it may process device, browser, page and campaign information and record events such as a successful enquiry or WhatsApp click. Browser settings and content-blocking tools can restrict cookies and similar storage.

Retention and protection

Personal data is retained only while the enquiry, customer relationship, support requirement or another business or legal purpose remains active. PFE uses reasonable access, technical and organisational controls appropriate to the information and disposes of data when it is no longer required.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not place passwords, access codes or other unnecessary secrets in the public enquiry form.

Your choices

You may ask about personal data in PFE’s possession, request correction of inaccurate data or withdraw consent with reasonable notice, subject to applicable exceptions and continuing legal or business requirements. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
