Home Assistant installation that starts with the home, not the dashboard.
A professionally designed Home Assistant system for Singapore homes, with local control, deliberate device choices and a handover another engineer can understand.
Open where it matters, maintainable after handover, and calm enough for everyone in the household to use.

✓Your home is renovating and decisions can be made early
✓Your DIY system works, but only you can maintain it
01
Home Assistant is not automatically the right answer
Home Assistant is excellent when a home needs to bridge brands, keep important routines local or grow beyond a single manufacturer's app. It is less useful when a small, simple setup already works well inside Apple Home, Google Home or a vendor's own ecosystem.
Our first job is to decide whether the extra capability earns its maintenance cost. If a simpler architecture will serve you better, that is the recommendation you get.
02
Designed for failure, not just the demo
A polished dashboard proves very little. We plan what happens when the internet is down, a hub reboots, a battery dies or an integration changes. Critical lights and switches should retain useful physical control. Automations should fail quietly, not trap the household.
Local paths for important daily functions where practical
Named backups and a tested restore procedure
No mystery automations hidden under an installer's personal account
A device register with model, room, protocol and replacement notes
Process
A clear path through the work.
01
Map the home
We start with rooms, routines, wiring and network constraints.
02
Design the stack
Every protocol, hub and integration gets a reason to exist.
03
Build and test
We commission by room, then test failure and recovery paths.
04
Document and care
You receive an as-built record, backups and a support path.
Designed scope
After the initial fit-check, design and implementation are quoted against the home, existing devices and desired support level.
Yes. We design, install and document Home Assistant systems for Singapore homes, including new renovations, retrofits and takeovers of existing systems.
02Will my home stop working if Home Assistant is offline?+
It should not. The design keeps sensible physical controls and chooses local fallbacks for important functions. The exact behaviour depends on the devices and protocols selected.
03Can you use the Aqara devices I already own?+
Often, yes. Many Aqara Zigbee devices work well in open-platform builds through Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA, while others are better kept on an Aqara hub. We assess each device instead of forcing one rule across the home.
04Can Apple Home or Google Home still be the family interface?+
Yes. Home Assistant can provide the integration and automation layer while Apple Home or Google Home remains the simpler everyday interface for the household.
05Do you support systems after installation?+
Yes. Every project includes a defined handover, and ongoing remote or on-site support can be scoped through a Smarter care plan.

We will help decide what belongs in one system, what should stay independent, and what is not worth automating.
