This service may be right for you if…
- ✓You are choosing an ID or starting detailed design
- ✓Different installers have proposed very different systems
- ✓You want to buy hardware yourself but need a sound plan
- ✓Your landed project needs smart home, network and M&E coordination
A plan everyone can work from
A product list cannot tell the electrician where neutral conductors matter, the carpenter where a curtain motor needs access, or the network installer which ceiling points should be wired. The consultation connects those decisions before the teams arrive on site.
The plan also shows what should remain conventional. Not every light, appliance or room needs to be automated.
Recommendations are not tied to one product range
PFE can supply the hardware and Smarter can deliver the project, but you are not paying for a disguised product bundle. We may recommend Home Assistant, Apple Home, Google Home, Aqara, KNX or another suitable option depending on the home.
From the first conversation to a finished, working system.
Talk through the home
We learn how you live, what you want to improve and what should stay simple.
Review the plans
We look at the wiring, network, curtains and existing systems together.
Prepare your plan
You receive a prioritised room-by-room plan with clear recommendations.
Choose who delivers it
Use the plan with us, your own contractors or another integrator.
The first conversation helps us understand what you need. If a detailed design is worthwhile, we explain exactly what you will receive and what it will cost before starting.
Questions homeowners often ask.
01When should a smart home consultant join the renovation?+
Ideally during space planning or detailed design, before the electrical and carpentry drawings are final. We can still help later, but planning early keeps more options open and costs less to change.
02Can you work with my interior designer and electrician?+
Yes. The consultation is structured to give each party clear responsibilities, drawings and decision notes without taking over the homeowner's relationship with the project team.
03Must I buy the recommended products from Smarter?+
No. The paid brief stands on its own. If you engage Smarter for delivery, hardware is quoted through PFE supply with the source disclosed plainly.
04Can you review a quotation from another smart home company?+
Yes. We can compare how the proposed systems work, what is included, where you may be locked in and what you receive at handover. The review is factual and independent.
